LEGAL
Terms of use
These govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of a conversion — that is a separate written agreement you would sign before anything is carried out.
Last updated 6 August 2026
1. Who we are
This site is operated by LEGAL ENTITY, trading as Digipto, registered in England and Wales with company number COMPANY NUMBER, registered office REGISTERED ADDRESS. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
2. Using this site means accepting these terms
If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update them; the date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
3. This site is information, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any cryptoasset, an invitation to enter into a contract, or a promise that we will act for you. An enquiry is a request to talk. A contract exists only once we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it in writing.
4. Nothing here is advice
We do not give investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on this site is a personal recommendation. We do not assess whether a cryptoasset is suitable for you. If you need advice, take it from someone regulated to give it.
Please read the risk warning before relying on anything here.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. The site is aimed at users in the United Kingdom. If you access it from elsewhere you are responsible for whether doing so is lawful where you are.
6. Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, but this site is general information and may not be complete or current for your situation. Figures we give you in a written quote are what you should rely on — not a page, an email signature, or something said in the chat.
7. The chat
The chat is answered first by an automated assistant and then by a person. The assistant can be wrong, and nothing it says is a quote, a price or advice. Do not send identity documents, account numbers, passwords or recovery phrases through it.
8. What you must not do
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to further a fraud
- submit someone else's personal details, or details you know to be false
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, the console or the database you are not authorised to reach
- scrape, overload, disrupt or attempt to reverse engineer any part of the service
- copy or reuse the site's content or branding without our written permission
9. Our content
The text, design, logos and artwork on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. Anything more needs our permission.
10. Other sites we link to
Where we link somewhere else, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Availability
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site — including any loss in the value of a cryptoasset, or any decision you take on the basis of something you read here. If we act for you, our responsibility for that work is set out in the written agreement covering it, not here.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Your privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
14. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, our complaints procedure explains how to raise it and what happens next.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
