Not on the list?
Ask. We would rather tell you honestly that we cannot help than take an enquiry we are not the right people for.
We do not quote a count
You will not find “400+ assets” anywhere here. A number like that has to be true on the day you read it, and it usually is not.
Both directions, either way round
Anything we handle, we handle in both directions — cryptoassets out to fiat, and fiat in to cryptoassets.
Availability can change
What we can convert depends on conditions outside our control. We confirm your specific case when we quote it, not before.

I hold something that is not listed. Can you help?+
Possibly. Send us an enquiry naming the asset and the rough amount, and you will get a straight yes or no rather than a maybe. If it is a no, we will say so quickly so you can go elsewhere.
Can you settle in a currency other than pounds?+
Tell us which currency you need and we will confirm whether we can settle in it for your case. Sterling, euros and dollars are the ones we are asked for most.
Why not publish the full list?+
Because what can actually be converted depends on the size, the timing and conditions on the day, so a static list would promise things it could not always deliver. Naming what we are commonly asked for and answering the rest directly is more honest than a wall of logos.
Do you support conversions between two cryptoassets?+
Tell us what you have in mind. Our work is fiat to cryptoassets and cryptoassets to fiat; anything else we will confirm case by case rather than imply as standard.
