Buy crypto, or sell it back.
Fund in your own currency.
Routed to the best rate.
Straight to your bank account.
ON & OFF RAMP
Fiat in.
Crypto out.
Convert cryptoassets to fiat, or fiat to cryptoassets — handled by a person, priced before you commit.
STEP 1 · ON-RAMP
Pay in your own currency.
Pay in your own currency by bank transfer. We confirm the amount you will receive, and the cost, before anything is committed.
STEP 2 · CONVERT
Convert at the best rate.
We quote your conversion and explain exactly how it will be handled. You get it in writing, and you decide whether to go ahead.
STEP 3 · OFF-RAMP
Withdraw back to your bank.
Selling works the same way in reverse — cryptoassets out, fiat into your bank account, with the paperwork to match.
SUPPORTED ASSETS
The major cryptoassets.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, XRP, USD Coin and Solana among them. Holding something else? Ask and we will tell you honestly.
SUPPORTED CURRENCIES
Paid out in fiat.
Dollars, euros, pounds and the rest. We settle in the major currencies, to your bank's requirements, so payouts land where you expect them.

WHAT WE DO
We convert cryptoassets to fiat, and fiat to cryptoassets.
You tell us what you need. We quote it, explain the process and the checks, and handle the conversion once you are happy. No app to learn and no exchange account to wrestle with.
Selling a holding
You hold cryptoassets and want the proceeds in your bank account, handled properly and documented.
Buying with fiat
You want to convert fiat into cryptoassets and would rather talk it through than work out an exchange alone.
Business and treasury
Your company needs to convert in either direction, with paperwork your accountant and bank will accept.
Larger, one-off amounts
The size makes a normal exchange awkward and you want a person handling it from start to finish.
WHAT WE HANDLE
Named rather than counted — you will not find a “400+ assets” claim here. Hold something else? Ask and you get a straight yes or no.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps, and you can stop at any of them.
No account to open and no app to learn. You describe what you need, a person prices it in writing, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- 1
Tell us what you need
The direction, the rough amount and how to reach you. It takes a minute.
- 2
We come back to you
Usually the same working day, by phone or email — whichever you prefer.
- 3
You decide
Costs and process in writing first. Nothing proceeds until you confirm.
WHY NOT JUST USE AN EXCHANGE?
Because above a certain size, the app stops being the easy option.
For a few hundred pounds an exchange is the right answer and we will tell you so. This is what changes when the amount is larger, the funds are corporate, or somebody is going to ask you to explain the transaction later.
Getting a price
- On an exchange
- Whatever the book shows at the moment you press the button, plus fees you work out afterwards.
- With us
- Quoted for your specific conversion, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Large amounts
- On an exchange
- Daily withdrawal caps can turn one conversion into a fortnight of instalments.
- With us
- Set up for size. One conversation, one settlement, one record.
When something stalls
- On an exchange
- A support form, a ticket number, and an account you cannot move funds out of while it is reviewed.
- With us
- The phone number of the person handling it, who already knows your case.
Identity checks
- On an exchange
- Automated, and often triggered halfway through — after you have started.
- With us
- Named up front, in full, before you gather a single document.
What your bank sees
- On an exchange
- An incoming payment from a crypto platform, which is where the questions begin.
- With us
- Documentation that answers those questions, prepared before the money moves.
Your accountant
- On an exchange
- Screenshots and a CSV export you reconcile yourself.
- With us
- A written record of what was converted, when, and at what cost.
Not sure which side of that line you are on? Ask us — if an exchange is genuinely the better answer for what you are doing, we will say so.
WHY PEOPLE USE US
A conversion you can actually ask questions about.
Four things that are true of every conversion we handle, whatever the size and whichever direction it runs.
- 01
You deal with a person
One named contact who handles your conversion and answers questions before anything is committed.
- 02
Priced before you commit
You get the cost and the process in writing. Nothing happens until you say yes.
- 03
UK-based, major currencies
A UK team working in the major currencies and to your bank's requirements, so payouts land where you expect them.
- 04
Checks handled properly
Identity and source-of-funds checks are explained up front, not sprung on you halfway through.
WHY BELIEVE US
Check us before you trust us.
We would rather give you something you can verify than a wall of logos and five-star quotes you have no way of testing.
On the public record
- Companies House
- COMPANY NUMBER
- Who owns the company, filed accounts, and how long it has existed.
- Anti-money-laundering supervision
- SUPERVISOR + REGISTRATION
- The body we answer to for identity and source-of-funds duties.
- Information Commissioner's Office
- ICO REGISTRATION
- Registered to handle personal data, and on the public register.
- Registered office
- REGISTERED ADDRESS
- A real address in the UK, not a forwarding service.
What we will be held to
The price is in writing before you commit
Not quoted on a call and remembered differently later. If we cannot put it in writing, we are not asking you to agree to it.
We will tell you to go elsewhere
If an exchange does your conversion better, or we are not the right people for it, you will hear that rather than get a quote we cannot stand behind.
No deadline we invented
If a quote can only be held for a period, we will tell you exactly why. Nothing here is designed to rush a decision.
We never ask for your keys
No recovery phrase, no private key, no remote access to your device. Not for any reason, at any point. Anyone asking is not us.
We are a new business and we are not going to pretend otherwise with invented reviews. What we can offer is a name, a register entry and a written quote you are free to walk away from — more about who we are.
SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
The checks we run, and the things we will never ask you for.
Both halves matter. The first is what makes a conversion this size lawful; the second is a test you can apply to us — and to anyone else who approaches you about cryptoassets.
What we always do
Identity, verified properly
Photo ID and proof of address for you, or for the people behind the company. Standard UK anti-money-laundering practice, and the same for everyone.
Source of funds, for larger amounts
How the assets or the fiat were acquired, with paperwork that shows it. We tell you what will satisfy it before you start gathering anything.
Settlement to an account you own
Proceeds go to a bank account in your name, or your company's, confirmed with you before anything moves.
A written record afterwards
What was converted, when, at what cost. The thing your accountant, your auditor or your bank will eventually ask for.
What we will never do
- Ask for your wallet recovery phrase, seed words or private keys.
- Ask for remote access to your computer or phone.
- Ask you to send funds to an address you have not confirmed directly with us.
- Guarantee a return, or tell you an asset is going to rise.
- Pressure you to decide on a call, or invent a deadline to hurry you.
If something claiming to be us does any of the above, it is not us. Stop, and contact us on a number or address you already had — not one from the message.
The full detail is on identity and source-of-funds checks, and the risks of cryptoassets themselves are set out in the risk warning.
QUESTIONS
The things people ask first.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on the direction, the asset and the size, so we quote for your specific case rather than publishing one number. You get the cost in writing before anything proceeds.
How long does it take?+
It varies with the checks required and your bank. We will tell you what to expect for your case when we come back to you, rather than promise a headline figure.
What will I need to provide?+
UK anti-money-laundering rules mean we verify identity and, for larger amounts, where the funds came from. We tell you exactly what is needed before you start.
Which cryptoassets do you handle?+
The major ones — Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, XRP and Solana among them. If you hold something else, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is this financial advice?+
No. We do not advise on whether to buy or sell, and nothing on this site is a recommendation. You decide; we handle the conversion.
Do you hold my assets?+
We will explain exactly how your funds move, and when, before you commit to anything. Ask us and you will get a straight answer in writing.
