BUSINESS & TREASURY

Company conversions,documented properly.

For businesses converting in either direction — with the record your accountant needs, the answer your bank will ask for, and one person who already knows the company.

Either directionDocumented

Speak to us about your conversion

Tell us what you need and we will come back to you with the details. No obligation.

This is an enquiry form, not an offer, recommendation or investment advice. Cryptoasset values can fall as well as rise.

WHEN COMPANIES CALL US

The conversion is the easy part. The paperwork is why you are here.

A business conversion is rarely about finding a price. It is about being able to explain the transaction afterwards — to a bank, an accountant, an auditor, or a board.

01

Paid in cryptoassets

Your customers settle in cryptoassets and the business runs in fiat. The conversion has to be routine, repeatable and recorded.

02

Treasury holding to convert

The company holds an asset and the board has decided to realise part of it. You need the mechanics handled, not a view on the decision.

03

Paying a supplier or contractor

The other side wants cryptoassets and you hold fiat, or the reverse. One conversion, documented on both sides.

04

Winding a position down

A holding needs to come off the balance sheet cleanly, with a paper trail your auditor will accept without a conversation.

WHAT YOU GET

Built around the questions you will be asked later.

01

A record for your accountant

What was converted, when, at what cost, and the fee — written the way a set of accounts needs it rather than as a screenshot from an app.

02

Something your bank will accept

Incoming fiat from a cryptoasset conversion draws questions. We would rather you arrive with the answer than be asked for it afterwards.

03

Authority, checked up front

Who can instruct us, and on whose behalf. Agreed at the start so nothing stalls at the point of settlement.

04

One named contact

The same person each time, who already knows the company and does not need the background explained again.

THE PROCESS

Onboard once, then it is routine.

  1. 1

    A conversation, not a form

Tell us what the company needs and how often. If it is recurring, we would rather set it up once than quote it five times.

  2. 2

    Onboarding and authority

Company details, the people behind it, and who is authorised to instruct. Done once, up front.

  3. 3

    Convert, settle, document

Each conversion priced in writing before it runs, and recorded so your finance function is not reconstructing it later.

WHERE WE STAND

What we do, and what we will not do.

01

We handle the conversion

You tell us the direction and the amount. We quote it, explain the checks, and carry it out once you have agreed.

02

We do not advise

We will not tell you whether to buy, sell or hold, or what an asset is likely to do. That decision is yours before you come to us.

03

We are not an exchange

There is no account to open, no order book and no app. A person handles your conversion from the first message to settlement.

04

We do not run a portfolio for you

We do not manage holdings, take discretionary decisions or offer a product you invest in. Each conversion is a one-off piece of work.

QUESTIONS

Business conversions, answered.

Do you work with limited companies?+

Yes. We will need incorporation details, the people who own or control the company, and confirmation of who is authorised to instruct us. That is standard onboarding for a UK business, and we set out exactly what is required before you gather anything.

Can you handle recurring conversions?+

Tell us the shape of it — how often, roughly how much, which direction — and we will tell you honestly whether we are set up for it. If it is regular, onboarding happens once rather than every time.

What paperwork do we get?+

A written record of each conversion: what moved, when, the cost and the fee. Tell us what your accountant or auditor needs and we will confirm before you start whether we can produce it.

Will our bank accept the funds?+

That is your bank's decision, not ours, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure you have documentation that answers the questions banks usually ask about an incoming payment of this kind.

Do you advise on treasury policy?+

No. We do not advise on whether a company should hold, buy or sell cryptoassets, and nothing here is a recommendation. Your board decides; we carry out the conversion.

How is pricing set for a business?+

The same way as anything else — quoted for the specific conversion, in writing, before it runs. If the pattern is regular we will tell you what to expect over time rather than surprise you each occasion.

Tell us what the company needs.

We come back with the cost, the onboarding and the documentation — in writing, before anything is committed.
